Niagra Falls: US side

On our way home, we stopped in New York to visit the Falls. Last year we went to the Falls via the Canada side, and this year we stayed on the US side. I have to say, I favor the Canadian side, but they are still beautiful regardless. It was freezing cold, because of the blasted wind. It was sunny and beautiful but when the wind set in man was it cold. Lexi really loved the fact that there was a rainbow above the falls, in fact she started singing one of her favorite barney songs that goes, "Oh I like red, its the color of an apple, orange, it's the color of an orange, etc. And when we put those colors side by side now what do you think we've done... we've made a rainbow...." Anyways, it was the rainbow song and she sang it over and over. It was cute. We also drove over to the state park entitled, Goats Island. It was so pretty over there as well, however, the mosquitoes were out and alive and we had to swat them off of our sweatshirts like every 5 minutes. But, we gots some good shots of our family near the water.
